How do I customize my order?
Once you select "add to cart," below the products in your cart you will see a box labeled "Add a note to your order." Please include the required customization there. If you have multiple shirts in your cart that require customization, please ensure you specify the customization for each shirt. For example: Garbage Truck shirt - Ethan and 2, Donut shirt - Emma and 3.
Can I add a name if there is no name in the listing photo?
Many of our shirts have a personalized name in the photo, but some don't. If you'd like to add a name to one of these shirts, please request to add a name in the order notes box during check out. Please be sure to check your e-mail for any follow up questions we may have.
You can also remove a name or birthday number from a shirt - please request the same way through the order notes box during check out.
Where is the size chart?
A size chart is included in each listing in the listing photos.
When will I receive my order?
Each item is made to order, so our production timing prior to shipping out is 3-5 business days (M-F) after the order date. We ship via USPS - once your item ships, standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days to deliver after the shipping date, and expedited shipping (USPS Priority) typically takes 1-3 days. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped out. Please note that we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date as any unusual USPS delays are out of our control.
Once your package has been marked "Delivered" by the post office in the tracking, we are not able to refund or replace items that may have been misplaced, lost or stolen after they were delivered. Please check with any other household members, your neighbors, and the area around the mail box (in the bushes, porch, mail room, etc). You can also have your local post office give the GPS location that the package was scanned as delivered, and a further step is to file a missing package report with the USPS or filing a mail theft report if you believe it was stolen.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to submit a cancellation request.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns and exchanges are accepted for certain items. Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Customizable items (for example shirts that are listed and pictured with a customized birthday number and/or name, or any orders with color or wording changes or unlisted size requests). This includes orders where the personalization is removed from the shirt, as we would generally not be able to resell, since most personalize-able items are ordered with the personalization.
- Holiday or seasonal items
1) To initiate an exchange or return, customers must send a request via the “contact us” page or e-mail to email@example.com within 3 days of the delivery date to ensure that their item qualifies for an exchange or return. If the item qualifies, we will assign an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Returns or exchanges that are attempted after 3 days or without an RMA will not be accepted. The returned item(s) must be in new condition - unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors/perfumes/deodorant.
2) The customer must return the item postmarked within 7 days of original delivery and is responsible for the return shipping fee costs. Please include the RMA number with your package. We recommend that the returned item is sent with tracking information as we will only process the return or refund once we receive the item. Once we receive the package, we will send the replacement. However, should we determine that the shirt is not returnable for any of the reasons above, we have the right to deny the exchange and will return the original item back to you.
Can I change the shipping address after the order was placed?
If your order has not shipped yet, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or the contact form page with your order number and correct shipping address.
If your order has shipped, unfortunately we can no longer change the address as the package would already be in the hands of USPS. Once USPS delivers the original package back to us, we can resend the order to the revised address. You will be charged for the shipping costs to resend the order.
